There is a lack of regs who are trying to keep the server full. It usted to be Pen, Blood, and I, plus all the Word Cal members. Pluss alot Admins/Regs have gotten bored with Css as well. And with Cal dead just seems that there are less people playing. We need to go back to activly recruiting admins, but I personally don't have that in me. D2 has always needed strong admins. I mean we can get the server populated, but to keep it strong we are going to have to work for it.
