Civilians will interfere. Also I find it a bad idea cause, if you drive back you can possibly ram EVERYONE that is in war which isn't allowed.

The civis can go swim or something or stay indoors till the wars over or they can join the game, and make war a car freezone, so have a mayor or admin watching to reinforce the rulesOriginally Posted by anthonyds5
