The only reason if it should ever happen to an admin is if they are playing and they see someone in an illegal spot but don't know who it is or they suspect someone of aimbot and go spectate to see the rule breakers and than join back in the game with !zspawn, it can happen with that but that's the only reason admins should be doing it.
