These are great ideas guys. Obviously, the place holder isn't working well or isn't liked, you come up with positive alternatives instead of posting like a little bitch about leaving because you don't like how something is. This community is molded by positive feedback. It's people like you who want to change what isn't right for the better. Keep them coming and someone in this chain of command find something that everyone likes.
